This 10,386-acre property is 35 miles northwest of yakima in Kittitas county. Mountain goats roam the alpine areas in this land, whilst the shrub steppe and basalt cliffs are home to elk, mule deer, and bighorn sheep. Rivers and streams flowing via the unit are used by way of bull trout, cutthroat and rainbow trout, as well as salmon.
