Mora, 1,901 Acres of Public Hunting Land for Duck – Mora, New Mexico

This 1,901 - acres hunting property is located at north side of Wagon Mound in Mora County. The surface of this land is mostly covered with grasslands and also contains two lakes. The activities that can be performed on this land include hunting, camping, hiking, fishing, horseback riding, and trapping. The only specie that can be hunt on this tract is waterfowl. Appropriate licenses and permits are must for hunters and fishermen to enter this land.  Camping can be done on this land from March to October. A designated parking lot is also available for the hunters visiting this land.
