This 4,254 - acres hunting property is located in southwest Ohio. Almost 40 percent of this tract is consisting of native woodlands. The main trees covering the whole area are Oak and hickory. Other 40 percent of the land is covered with mixed brush with dense stands of red cedar and the remaining 20 percent of this tract consists of grassland and cultivated fields. The animals available for hunting at Tranquility WMA are: gray squirrels, bobwhite quail, cottontail rabbit, woodchuck, fox, raccoon, and fur bearing species. Grouse, turkey, muskrat, deer, ruffed mink, skunk, red and gray foxes, and opossum are also there but in lesser amount.
